this is a small development with just one bar/restaurant and a small pool as part of the main complex

casey and leston would always be on hand to make us the most delicious drinks by the pool at the bar and on the beach

the spa massage was wonderful and we particularly enjoyed the company of leston at the bar of an evening

fabulous modern romantic rooms great reception and facilities the restaurant and bar were superb

is split between two locations, separated by some of the harbour water (admirals inn and boom bar and restaurant) there is a spectacular secluded beach at gallion's bay most quickly arrived at (-)food and bar is very expensive and although a small discount is offered for guests it isn't really (+) the boom restaurant, a short boat ride away, with its swimming pool, is excellent, as is the bar and restaurant in the main hotel (-)from the bar into our room (which was above the bar) was loud sometimes in the evening but luckily we (+) the main hotel has been beautifully restored and has an excellent bar and dockside dining

but you are closer go the pool and a very different feel- good for kids on gunpowder

i never dined or had room service at the hotel

cept when people came in off boats with small children and dominated pool - one guy training kids for triathlon

facilities good and liked going over in the boat to the pool or

was fine for me but it can be noisy on a saturday night as there is busy bar across the street

pigeon beach is only 700m walk away which is excellent with a choice a beach bar and beachside restuarant at each end

were only advised just before our holiday that the hotel restaurant and bar were closed due to 'unforeseen circumstances' on arrival we found out this was due to the hotel

didn't bother us but some might find noise from bar at night irritating.
