there were plenty of places to get a drink, overall the skills of the bar tenders were not up to even a modest standard

we enjoyed sitting in the lounge chairs near the bar listening with a drink before and after dinner at the docksider

for the little ones big and spacious room nice complimentary cocktails on the beach and at the bar play area for kids for couples with no kids i would suggest adults only resorts on the south

jacaranda bar - very cold and did not have good lighting

is split between two locations, separated by some of the harbour water (admirals inn and boom bar and restaurant) there is a spectacular secluded beach at gallion's bay most quickly arrived at (-)food and bar is very expensive and although a small discount is offered for guests it isn't really (+) the boom restaurant, a short boat ride away, with its swimming pool, is excellent, as is the bar and restaurant in the main hotel (-)from the bar into our room (which was above the bar) was loud sometimes in the evening but luckily we (+) the main hotel has been beautifully restored and has an excellent bar and dockside dining

free boat service to a great infinity pool on the other side of the bay and a gorgeous beach with loungers

i never dined or had room service at the hotel

but you are closer go the pool and a very different feel- good for kids on gunpowder
