staff was amazing pool and bar fun art around the entire resort gorgeous

beach bar restaurant is quite shabby, but still as expensive as the grille which is fantastic

thought the the food at the pool bar restaurant was pretty bad compared to our past visits

the breakfast buffet was incredible and the food/drinks at the naupaka beach bar great

property with dramatic entrance opening up to a gorgeous view of the pools and ocean with bar situated right in the middle perfect for having a drink during sunset

who greeted us at the front door with beads and a lei to the servers in the restaurants, the bartenders at the orchid court (lovely blonde woman with glasses) and derrick and the wonderful (+)few requests i had for more towels, coffee and help with restaurant reservations at the binchotan bar and grill were acted on immediately (-)was only one issue at the binchotan bar and grill receiving/hostess area (-)and drinks in all bars and restaurants are overpriced (+)and felt luxurious overall, staff was friendly except for a few grumpy staff members at the pool bar (-)have been bit cleaner around communal areas such as tables in bar not being cleaned properly (-) the pool bar staff is short handed and over worked

have been coming here since our kids were young and now that they are older it still does not disappoint

gym was top of the line

room service was fast and food was

it was a full golf course view until you go out on the balcony and look left

we stayed on the gold floor, which made our stay very comfortable - it includes breakfast, a cocktail hour which can serve as a light supper, and a dedicated concierge

had an amazing room that overlooked the pool and ocean

gold level offered a private breakfast, drinks and snacks

a very large pool, a beach with snorkeling, and a mountain backdrop make for a special setting

breakfast and late afternoon snacks on the concierge floor were very good

honu bar not advertised along with other onsite restaurants.

great location. pool slides are good fun for kids

the hot tub at the pool also wasn’t working

spacious, laundry in the rooms, full stocked kitchen and the master bedroom was phenomenal.

many things on the property are mostly closed

was only one thing that turned my wife and i off was a employee at the pool bar that had a very bad attitude and was not friendly at all

rooms are dated but clean no microwave and restaurant and bar on property closed at 5 pm

there was only about 2 restaurants and then 1 bar that were open after 5pm and they were generally quite expensive or set menus so we had to go

the front desk and kona bar staff are excellent

the little sports bar was great for a drink but was posted as opening at 4:00 but actually didn't open till 4:30

the room was comfortable. the late bar and restaurant, also had live music.

be a pool at each palace with a bar and eats

everything is excellent! love the lagoon beach, pools, bar and a room.

there are lots of things to do nice places to go and eat, beautiful swimming pool we love to lagoon pools when we return to our room ot was always canceled

the resort fee included 2 free drinks at the hotel restaurant and bar and our favorite, yoga on the beach each morning

mirror in bedroom; poor lighting, no reading lamp over bed; no grab bar in shower which should be standard in all rooms not just disabled

bar being renovated so trying to get drinks during the day at the restaurant was difficult

the welcoming aloha vibe at the valet stand and front desk to the bartenders at the lobby bar, cleaning staff in our room's hallway and waitress at the lobby

coffee at the coffee bar was mediocre

didn't like how dirty the pool was, but then again it was very windy

activity pool needed to be skimmed. it was not clean.

everything! so so nice and clean and the pool and beach are amazing!

(+)the night view at outdoor grill bar was awesome (+)that we can hang out at pool bar while kids played in pool (+) we loved the bar and had great a great waitress one day (-)pool bar and restaurant was the only place to eat and had a limited menu and pricey (+) close to bars and restaurants, you can walk (+)the servers in the restaurant and bar went above and beyond in their service.

there is a separate fee to use the sauna even if you booked a spa service. :( (+) i went to the spa for a mani-pedi and used the pool and beach (+) pool, spa and bar great and extraordinarily easy on your wallet (-)spa seems a bit unorganized re appointments, did not like being so far away from elevator (+) loved all the history collected there loved having abc stote in hotel loved spa - got a massage one day and facial on last (+) massage at the spa was lovely (+) the pool and spa were great (-) only spa with non working jets

location, access to beach nearby which is great for kids

only have one small hot tub for so many guests is unfortunate; it was usually full of kids and we never used it once during the week

very sad that restaurant and bar was not open at the main pool but it was because of covid
