due to covid-19 everything was closed in the hotel, such as the pool, restaurants, bar and casino, they always responded to our needs in a timely manner
great staff specially at the bar very friendly
no room service, restaurant squeezed into bar bc
there was no bar to speak of.
a confusion with my reservations and extra charges at the bar area.
