very clean and warm good price until the extra 20 was included nice bar good location

bar toilet hand dryer wasn't working during our stay

rooms we had no issues with any noises from downstairs despite being directly above the main bar area & entrance

first impressions really do count and the lady working behind the bar when we arrived was so so friendly and welcoming

we enjoyed a delicious bar meal in the evening and a full english breakfast the following morning, giving us a great start

partner even gave us a lift to west witton when we couldn’t get a taxi and joshua behind the bar collect us on the way back the property is in an ideal position, the food lovely would
