great food, facilities and lovely staff from cleaners to reception to bar and restaurant

inclusive the last two days of our stay to really relax and enjoy the hotel, the pool side snack bar was great but the lunch and evening restaurant choices were not so good but we didn’t allow

drinks at the bar were great, clean

service at pool bar very slow even for just a cup of coffee.

24 hour bar refused to serve alcohol past

it has its own pool, food bar and lovely gardens

when i went for breakfast i got told that it was not open yet and they told me to go to the bar and i could get a coffee there

friendly and helpful, the food was amazing and the cocktails are 24hrs and really nice the snack bar serves some amazing burgers which are available all day already booked my next stay

man at the pool bar was slightly rude when i ordered from the wrong side

queuing up to get drink in the bar need more staff

so not a big deal variety of drinks in evenings for adults and just entertainment in hotel bar at night was slightly lacking but plenty of bars near by if needed so only a minor issue really

i had to ask at the pool bar for cold milk

staff were lovely from reception to pool bar and accommodation staff who all work so hard

modern rooms, food was fabulous, staff very friendly and accommodating, love the chill out bar and area, we spent our days lying on the comfy beds right next to the bar

bar needs more atmosphere at night & music

the snack bar and bar services were great, not much queuing and staff were always pleasant

from check on staff to waiter's and bar staff all so friendly and welcoming, spotless and great food and drink and

from cleaners to maintenance from bar staff, waiters, majority of managers, etc

throughout the 7 days every staff member we came in contact from the bar staff, the restaurant staff to the cleaning staff were really lovely

samuel in the bar area went out of his way to sought out our favourite wine - overall never experienced service

sound system used by the acts in the piano bar needed setting up properly as it lacked any form of bass, thus the midrange was overpowering

the pools were beautiful, plenty of space and loungers, great bar on standby and food was wonderful

the piano bar had live music on every night that we went although it was very quiet most nights as not many

would slightly improve the pool bar service

bar area was spacious and entertainment each night was great

you could also get snacks at the pool bar at select times when the main restaurant was changed over from breakfast to lunch

everything except bar service!

matagorda shopping centre 3 minutes walk from the hotel, with nice restaurants and bars if you fancy a change from the hotel

adults and children, the resturant and its staff were brilliant in such a buzy environment, the bar

sunglasses and swim bag - all the facilities in your room that you need, a beautiful bottomless breakfast overlooking the beach and complimentary cocktails and appetiser delivered to your sun

all the little touches made it an outstanding stay, free soft drinks in the fridge around the pool, sun lotion at the pool

room & view, super friendly staff, impeccable service, great food at the restaurant, quality of spa treatments

service is impeccable but very personal, real people interacting with real people, the pool area and the views are spectacular, and breakfast overlooking the sea

a snack bar for guests who are b&b only would be an added bonus

we was also all inclusive but found out we couldn t use our bands in the sports bar

have to say one bar was definitely more expensive for some reason but i have to say the atmosphere and relaxation

piano bar time for singers was in the middle of dinner so either way we missed most of it

staff were amazing, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was excellent and the pools were

when you ordered drink at bar you had to sign for it you got a receipt and payed at reception

female member of staff at pool/snack bar was really rude & unfriendly so we didn't use that facility again as each time she was the same

maybe extra bar staff too during busy periods
