the cafe/snack bar had plenty of food and drink and well priced

above the bar can be a little noisy but wasn’t a big issue for me

the 24hr bar served food and was ideal after a long day working

under refurbishment so breakfast was in an underground room, there was only a small lobby with no bar or restaurant, though within 15-20 minutes walk there are some

to personalized service and a lounge on the mezzanine level with good coffee, snacks and an open bar available all afternoon/evening, a longer period for breakfast (included in the room price) (-)ice machine or room to put your drinks in the mini bar - only a small problem and frequent in (+)the staff were very helpful in particular at the bar and on reception. (+) lovely bar area too and great service (+) liked having access to bar and tapas as well as breakfast for a small extra fee

there were several moments where connecting and disconnecting from the wifi became problematic for video call connections, but we managed in the moment

you have to schedule to use the pool.
