staff at reception and in the bar and restaurant were very friendly and helped with any requests we had

booked on the basis that there was a restaurant and as it turned out it was just a snack bar if you are driving madrid is impossible to get around unless you have done it before and know

the bar area was very comfortable

a mini bar in the room is advertised but there was nothing in it

the cafe/snack bar had plenty of food and drink and well priced

above the bar can be a little noisy but wasn’t a big issue for me

the 24hr bar served food and was ideal after a long day working
