i don t like small pool and kids running around unattended and kids hogging hot tub

bad, not clean, low quality room service, for the price i paid

onto trees at the back, was expensive to stay but should have shelled out for the view across the golf course

i think the pool area needs some attention.

wish that they had a bar in the hotel or at least have the oaks open evenings.

we were able to park our boat and swim at the dock on the property

we booked the windmill suite with the heart-shaped jacuzzi tub (it is no longer the redish-pink spa tub that's in the pictures

hotel room was extremely clean and was a cute little studio style apartment with a kitchen

kitchen area could be better equipped for cooking

we also had a 6x12 trailer we were able to park on site with no issues

we had a unit in the windmill with a full hot tub, and not just a spa bathtub

the whole place was great, food was outstanding, the golf shop, ran by coach made us feel at home

my massage at their spa was so relaxing

room was beautiful, pool gorgeous, friendly staff, felt very private

loved having room service and valet available at the hotel

my life and i was completely blown away by the gentleman that met me at the door he drives the golf cart and also works the elevator he was amazing if you can i wish you

was able to park my truck and trailer in the motel spaces

and believe it or not, they have no pet fee they are the most dog friendly location in helen

we enjoyed hiking to anna ruby falls, valhalla golf course, fantastic meals, a carriage ride, etc

tub being in the living room is a little weird since there aren't really curtains on kitchen doors and windows
