had a room with a spa tub

no pool! with no other options. no gym either. lucky for us we did have a spa bath in our room!!

will definitely come back here with my kids

the kids were a little bummed there was no pool. i missed that detail when booking.

the room was very nicely furnished, and the kitchen was extremely well outfitted with everything we needed to have a meal in on our only night

allowed people just renting boats to park in the tenants

which is a steal anyway for a 3 bedroom cottage with a fully equipped kitchen right on the lake

b was super cute and literally had just about everything you would need as a kitchenette to get started for an extended stay

the kitchen had everything you needed to cook up a delicious meal

cabin was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook, the views from the 4 patio doors were

upon preparing for bedtime with my little kids, we discovered spider webs, a spider, and a dead bug on top of the bed

kids loved the complimentary s’mores every evening

wish that they had a bar in the hotel or at least have the oaks open evenings.

bar was at the restaurant which is a separate building from the lobby

the bed was so huge you need a sat nav to move around it :) we met a lovely couple in the oaks bar who mentioned to us that the building will be going through a makeover which is possibly well

the dining room and pool area could use a bit of a redesign/ decorative upgrade

wifi was not free

spacious, had a sitting areas with fireplace area/electric fireplace, has a coffee maker, small kitchen sink, and small fridge and microwave, and the full size hot tub was great after walking

have been nice to have plates and silverware to go with the kitchenette,but with a store very close by it wasnt a big

very nice staff, early check in, location in town, ease of parking and of course, the windmill.

was able to park my truck and trailer in the motel spaces

and believe it or not, they have no pet fee they are the most dog friendly location in helen

bed was to soft and made my back hurt, there wasnt enough hot water to use the spa tube

right on the chattahoochee river and walking distance to downtown ud83dudc9c having breakfast in swings and watching people fish great continental breakfast loved everything ❤️

love the outdoor and indoor pool and the gym has many good machines

kids (and adults) really enjoyed the indoor pool (outdoor pool not yet open but looked very nice)

spa area - workout room and pool, separate women's/men's hot tub, steam room, sauna and showers,

stacy in the bar was very friendly and let us taste/try different wines

there is a full garden, pool, 5 star restaurant and a super relaxing swing that i enjoyed spending my morning on

breakfast great! dinner was super, the best lamb chops that i have ever had!
