i saw they allowed pets but would hope they limited which rooms people with pets stayed in

it was clean breakfast was good and all the staff was very nice

parking was a good distance from the building and then we had to drag our luggage to the second

the staff helped to change the type from garden view to golf course view which was a better view for us

everything is right there. golf course, pool , jacuzzi, restaurants, mt dora close

the spa was wonderful too very new and complete with changing rooms relaxation rooms shower rooms

for the three days that we were there the spa was only open on saturday with no services offered on sunday or

was very clean and nice updates since the last time i was there the shower was great and the pool was clean and

no towels for the pool.

laundry room extremely poor, laundry and dryers didn t work

wifi wouldn't stay connected it only worked for 1 day their was no tv remote i believe it said they

pool under renovation but absolutely no work being done on it.

to breakfast on sunday morning about 8:30 and had to wait until around 9:00 for more food to be

requested extra towels due to having 4 kids coming from pool, and every one needed to shower, only got 4 towels

we were travelling with a pet and we were made to feel very comfortable

golf carts parking everywhere making it hard to get spot in the back of the hotel

price and they need hot tubs out by the pool as the most people visit during winter months.

security , location, pools, gym all awesome for kids buccaneer bay was fun!

movie theater, arcade, mini golf everything was excellent

loved walking to the bar for a drink or snacks, also loved having a coffee shop in the mornings

bad thing was wifi signal kept cutting out and phone had no signal at all
