pool could be cleaned of debris more frequently & hot tub needs jets repaired.

not sure if it is because we stay with a pet, so the specific rooms don't look good

lobby and bar area were very nice.

bar was fun at night time

bed was super comfy and the bar downstairs was entertaining and so close to our room

no room service, it would ring back to the front desk and you could tell they were tired of answering

the hotel is very nice and spacious, has a restaurant and coffee bar type place on site

plus they upgraded us to a suite, which was huge and had a full kitchen and fridge

sunday evening when we flew back, we had to wait 45 mins for a shuttle to arrive when they make round trips

the bar staff was fantastic, and the airport shuttle service was very sommth and well run.
