location was key for staying in south lake. nice saltwater pool.

bed was super comfy and the bar downstairs was entertaining and so close to our room

breakfast was good and staff helpful. bar was great and bar tenders very congenial

pool could be cleaned of debris more frequently & hot tub needs jets repaired.

we waited at the airport over 45 minutes for pick up also when we check in in our room they were kids running making noise so we did not enjoy our stay for overnight i well not recommend this

had roaches running around hallway dirty laundry room dirty everything dirty and had bugs running around

the room had a living room with a pull out couch. balcony frig and microwave. free shuttle

the gym needs smaller weights and the treadmill was temperamental

loved the staff, the clerk/receptionist was very kind and even let us stay for a late check out which was much needed

i knew on the website that they offered a free airport shuttle, would have saved me money from paying for an uber

the peeps at the bar were also very accommodating

shuttle to the airport schedule is not clear so sometime customer like me feel unsure regarding

close to the airport, was picked up by courtesy shuttle within minutes of calling for it, shuttle back to airport left on time
