location is exceptional, the grounds were spectacular and the pool area was a great place to relax in the sun

the room was clean, front desk and room service was great, breakfast and dinner at the resort were both excellent

the resort's control but, due to lake flooding, boardwalk and beach were closed and parking was limited

very difficult for the children to get out, bath stop didn t close so wasn t able to bath the kids

spa wasn t working and after a 14 hour flight we could have done with a spa.
