like the facilities really good for families, they have pool and play are for kids, it quiet and

staff were lazy and rude, they said they didn't have change for the laundry even though they have the keys to get the change out of the laundry machine

you offer laundry services you should either have a change machine or be able to make change at the front

the location was reasonable close to downtown kelowna and parking was plentiful

room was large, kitchen was well stocked with everything to cook a meal.
