spacious room with cozy fireplace

persistent rain, property has no pool, just hot tub.

the wifi was a bit spotty at times

room was a little bit tight with kids in tow, but it was well equipped and made comfortable

meeting right out side our window didn t bother us, the fact that they took up almost all the parking with

plenty of convenient parking

wifi only worked if i sat outside the room (in the cold) or in a little office

room was a bit musty. could smell some sewer smell outside the room. wifi was not available.

wifi did not reach our cabin/ room

the cottage we had is cute. loved the fireplace.

road and entrance to the inn were very overgrown , the parking space at the front of the inn was not mowed and

the hosts were very gracious and fixed a nice group breakfast in the morning which promoted conversation and

there is neither wifi nor daily room service, although it is stated in the booking

there is plenty of parking and private entrances

our hot breakfast was a real treat

the kitchen was not very clean.

driveway and parking is on grass on mushy ground; each car created muddy ruts

the spa & infrared light sauna is just what we needed

our room was clean and the spa pool and sauna are a nice option to have.

proper yoga classes/practice, kitchen facilities, cabin

use of the kitchen, fridge, and microwave and extra snacks provided were also a bonus

bathrooms and kitchen facilities are shared with the farmstay workers and it was fun to meet them and the

stayed near the barn, in a cabin with communal bathroom and kitchen that the staff and work awayers use

wifi was slow and cell service also wasn t the best in certain areas

the view of the waterfalls is incredible, and we really enjoyed swimming in the pool beneath the falls one

no breakfast or, kitchen facilites, which was the main drawback of this location

kitchen not in every room room smaller than expected 140 sqft for the budget double

there were no kitchen facilities at all, meaning that we had to eat out for all of our meals, which was

shed with laundry and beach accessories was fantastic

full kitchen, so we could easily make our own breakfasts and get out early

new, clean, laundry room, owner is kind person, free parking, close to beach

we would have rented both 2-bedroom suites which would have given us access to the upper kitchen and living

the wifi could have been a bit faster, but this was trivial.

kitchen limited messed up our ordered multiple times

restaurant and bar is amazing!

in-hotel restaurant and/or cafe was too time consuming, probably due to the nature of sharing the kitchen

world championship regatta (we assumed a lot of the paddlers stayed there) so there were lots of kids screaming

nice clean and big room. nice view. free parking and wifi.

local, lovely families in the park and beach area with lots of friendly kids

location is on hilo bay which is easy access to the hotel pool and the ocean for swimming and other water

restaurant lacked kids meals despite lots of families

loved the amenities the staff the location the bar was nice and all the events there

noisy neighbors, can hear kids running through halls, doors slamming

laundry facilities, clean rooms, access to kitchen

make friends with your neighbors as you are in close proximity to each other and share the kitchen and laundry

the common kitchen idea is great in principle, but i not a fan of using utensils and dishware in the scenario

having a kitchen area is awesome

it had a full kitchen and a laundry room it's a good place to stay for the price
