bad wifi

- access to laundry room with soap - the mattress was unbelievably soft and comfortable - the portable a/c in

paved parking area has room for 4 vehicles

the only negative was that there were some bolts extending through the concrete parking pad for future work,

we didn t use the kitchen or laundry so cant speak to that either

parking was easy

our room was clean and the spa pool and sauna are a nice option to have.

meat is banned in the shared kitchen

our little kitchen was not well equipped (also no coffee maker), cooking was difficult

the gym was huge but worn out by the humidity

great amenities such as a pool, free bikes and paddleboards, gym and sitting areas

thankfully after the towel bar broke in room 150 they moved us to a very nice room

parking around the back is good - off the street

finally, i broke my leg and they so kindly gave us a handicap room near the pool so my son could swim and i

we spent a lot of time at the pool which had a really nice seating area and a beautiful buddha statue adding

covered parking, window ac unit with a ceiling fan, large bathroom, comfortable bed, beaches half a block,

you have shared kitchen with all essential stuff, washing machine, dry machine, parking place

fresh fruit, nice bed, good wifi, birds, frogs, beach.

value for money, free parking, free breakfast, good wifi

it had a full kitchen and a laundry room it's a good place to stay for the price

wifi in my room was sometimes slow, but better in the lobby.

the staff at the bar and restaurant were helpful, friendly and all had a great sense of humour

liked swimming in the waterfall pool on the property

the view of the waterfalls is incredible, and we really enjoyed swimming in the pool beneath the falls one

view overlooking the waterfalls and river pool was much more impressive than i was expecting

the community members are happy for you to use their kitchen and gear

beautiful spot. loved swimmers in the pool.

the wifi was a bit spotty at times

room was a little bit tight with kids in tow, but it was well equipped and made comfortable

wifi only worked if i sat outside the room (in the cold) or in a little office

no heat in the kitchen, quite cold, couldn't use the kitchen because of no heat.

wifi worked well and the location was very peaceful and close to volcano attractions and good

the hosts were very gracious and fixed a nice group breakfast in the morning which promoted conversation and

private bed and breakfast minutes away from volcanoes

it would be helpful to know that from the post office parking lot, facing the road the volcano forest inn is

breakfast was served even before 8am so we were able to eat before heading out to the park
