excelent customer service , the room service and everything

i enjoyed the pool a couple of drinks at the bar i would come here again

i thought i could rely on them to be honest for i was not allowed wifi connection as evidence for my claim

no roll away bed provide. wifi doesn't work. swimming pool and jacuzzi are closed.

and comfort room with kitchen facilities, landlord is friendly and helpful, we stayed for 2 nights and will

everything was perfect , outside view was nice and fireplace was perfect overall excellent

snacks provided, good amount of towels, free duraflame log for fireplace, a balcony, and everything is walking

it was roomy with 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen and i didnt see bugs

i lived the stained glass window effect that they painted on the window seal in between the kitchen and living

there was gum stuck to the kitchen floor

sufficient heating and kitchen was not too bad - though could use a table

our visit july 6-july 7 the pool was out of service, there is no a/c the cabin we were in had broken windows,

the property is extremely pet friendly, which was great as we were traveling with two dogs

the views were beautiful. the hotel it's self was very nice and it had the best gym/ spa.

loved the bar area and fire places

spa was out of order and no free breakfast with stay.

is super clueless don't know where to walk the dog even though there is a pet waste station right on the hotel

the kitchen that was in the office was small but well organized

wifi is extremely slow

kitchenette is the tiniest of all i've ever seen, but had minimum of everything

easy, no parking fees, clean, nice breakfast.

only tiny, tiny, issue was no orange juice on sunday for breakfast.
