pool not open, maybe to cold needs more signs for elevator locations.

booked this hotel because i didn’t want to pay for casino resort fees that seem so popular nowadays

24 hr shuttle to the airport was extremely convenient

location…bar food was great…shuttle was perfect!!

you can take an uber to local stores, restaurants, and casinos

great pillows, gym was a awesome and clean.

pool reservations were frustrating

there were other facilities - gym and pool, but we did not use those

there was no room service, no restaurants, no gym, no shopping, and nothing was available

can't be helped but pool is restricted to reserved slots due to corona

spaciousness, great bathrooms, great kitchen, the tahoe look and ambience in the villa and around the whole area

the location is perfect to get to the golf course or a walk to the lake and downtown

the cushions on the pool side loungers were amazing

the complimentary shuttle, the swim out pool, the friendly staff. super accommodating.
