pool is amazing and the food in the restaurant was amazing

have the minimum amenities that you'd expect in a hotel: - the coffee machine was broken - the wifi didn't work

could not take our small dog to private beach- prices. no room service???

they worked hard to clear the parking lots from the snow and ice, and even managed to keep the outdoor hot tub

pool reservations were frustrating

it comes with a beautiful chef kitchen, dining area, 2 bathrooms, living area with fireplace, and a patio

couldn't get reservation at pool. water pressure in master bath shower was weak. (room 304)

there are plenty of things to do around the property, and the swimming pool area is great too :)

not only that i was placed in a room between two rooms where in both rooms guest have kids either crying or

separate swimming pool for adults with the very chill vibe and access to spa facilities

pet hate is having to pay $45 plus tax for valet parking when this is a country property with

hotel was clean, modern, and had a cool restaurant / bar and cycle hire

they haven't provided basic cutlery, woven to heat up the food, wifi instructions are unknown and the reception

dinner in the bar was great and good value. breakfast also good

location was excellent with an onsite bar and restaurant

tv wasn't connected to wifi and the settings were seemingly limited by the hotel to connect to wifi

pull-out sofa bed was very uncomfortable, even for my kids

i love the location, the pool hours, the comfort of the beds.

we did not use the pool but it looked very nice and there were comfortable gazebos outside for conversation

stephanie at the evening bar was awesome as was the front desk

the included breakfast was continental, but there was lots to select from

we had a king bungalow that had a kitchen, living room, dining area and a jacuzzi in the bathroom

a coffee shop or early morning coffee bar with fruit just for us early risers so as not to disturb others staying

noise of all the kids on-site for basketball tournament

no room service i stayed 6 days and no one stopped by for things like trash service

could not bring niece into bar area and restaurant was closed. understand covid impact.

construction, no where to park, noisy, paying a resort fee is ridiculous, when there isn't even a laundry room

has become our go-to everytime we visit our kids at school
