i love the separate pool area, got a great massage, everyone was wonderful

happy they had the restaurant and bar it was delicious

in room in the lobby for breakfast and after dinner coffee was all the same weak no flavor

breakfast was lacking but for the price was ok

front desk person was new , totally overwhelmed, didn't have our reservation, kids running around the lobby , other guests yelling about their key passes not working etc etc

there was obviously a family with young kids either on the same floor or above, but they were running up and down the halls from 8 till i

it was our anniversary and the hotel was pretty empty that night so it was nice to enjoy the pool by ourselves after dinner and again in the morning

the staff was great! the pillows were soooo comfortable, kids loved the pool and hot tub

the pool was nice and the gym was great

are some extended people living here as it is mostly 70% that clientele, so i would not let your kids go out alone

breakfast restaurant was delicious, -the owner (cook) was very nice, pool was clean and

facility ,very clean ,large room ,full kitchen with refrigerator,cooking stove,dish washer and all service ware

that the outdoor pool was closed (maybe too early in the season or due to covid) and that the fitness center was listed as very reduced hours

sort or renovation i was given a room in the back of the property that was a walk from the main parking lot

there was no daily room service and our trash wasn't collected daily

there were no sit down breakfast available only room service. only weak point of our stay
