advertised laundry facilities but when i asked they said no the didn t have it

we have inter communicated rooms so very convenient for our family of 2+ 2 kids

they were accommodating of a late check out, and had ice packs for an injury to borrow

tried to get ice for the room for a pre dinner drink and was told no ice until bar opens at 8pm!

staff was amazing, we had four little kids and they were great to them, got us all rooms in same corridor, made breakfast an easy

allowed me to drop off my big luggage 2 weeks before the check in date and when i came back, even early check in at 12pm

no bar or was closed, we couldn't understand the directions given by the reception staff

very convenient for a short walk to the cathedral and main restaurant and bar area

bed was comfy, hot water, wifi in the room

we ate in the restaurant at night which was only 15 each and in bar with log fire burning as it was -2

the location is amazing, the room is clean and has the breakfast in time and is good and the bed

our breakfast was a toasted croissant with confiture accompanied by a small orange juice and a coffee
