allowed me to drop off my big luggage 2 weeks before the check in date and when i came back, even early check in at 12pm

tried to get ice for the room for a pre dinner drink and was told no ice until bar opens at 8pm!

the staff were very helpful and the cheap laundry service was very good value and suited our needs after a few weeks traveling

a small inconvenience with the wifi: you have to provide your email address and telephone number before you can have unlimited

the laundry was reasonable and so nice to have them fold and deliver

they were accommodating of a late check out, and had ice packs for an injury to borrow
