limited parking. trouble with original booking. but staff tried to fix it.

riverview also has a bar and restaurant, both of which were open for us on sunday night

parking that night was unavailable due to the crowd

the room was clean and breakfast offered several options

pets on site is always a plus in my book, too

the price was too high for the value. had to pay for ice. wifi did not work well.

just straight up seedy and unsafe from the parking lot on

the parking was ample and there was room for us to park a truck and trailer

was unfriendly and hair dryer isnt working even booked for smoking room and saying dont have any in face facilities

wifi dysfunctional so that's a hassle because you end up draining your data

pet fee was charged to the bill when we didn't have a pet

it was perfect, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere lovely pool and close access to the beach

also we were not informed that our room was one designated pet friendly

super dark at night with the blinds closed, the staff was amazing, the bar was stocked and the pool was fun

love the location, the pool and bar area, the restaurant and the starbucks in the lobby

pool was congested but no one can help that there was an event in

like they limited water pressure to just a trickle and 1 thin bar of soap in the bathroom

lastly, the guest laundry room had no quarter machine and the washer and dryer take coin only

i entered engineering room, supply room, linen room, office room, kitchen and then yelled at top of voice for

furniture in room wasn't comfortable. ants were present in kitchen area.

our cottage had a little kitchen area with a refrigerator and microwave

size of room, the kitchen with basic stuff, pretty big fridge, loved they think about different pillows thickness

the room was clean and had everything you needed including a supply-stocked kitchen

kitchen was clean and well equipped. breakfast was. not included.

the sofa bed had been pulled out so much that when you sit, you were sunken; had to use a kitchen chair to

the kitchen staff complained a lot either about having to refill stations or just about customer

there is a kitchenette but no utensils and only tiny plastic cups

there s nothing to do if you don t play golf or tennis except to hang out by the pool and you re going

the staff was very nice and accommodating- especially the poolside bar staff and karen at the front desk

only thing i didn't like was kids were in the adult pool and no one made them leave

shuttle pickup and check in/out was good, we were both so tired and were greatful for the quick

only thing that bothered me and not my kids or husband, was the a/c going off and on all night long

there was one apartment size ice machine in the front office near the gym

location was safe parking at room door, convenient

locks stuck, floor buckling, no towels upon arrival, had to set up wifi for tv and i was looking yo relax after

there was something wrong with the wifi. the staff wasn't very helpful.

pool areas is not clean and there is not a kids friendly pool.

we live an hour away but we were there to spend a weekend away from our four kids

the gym could use a second mirror by the exercise machines for weight lifting since a large machine

front desk was frequently unmanned and calling for room service was a challenge
