i wish the pool and hot tub was inside or had a covering so that i could enjoy them.

front desk was frequently unmanned and calling for room service was a challenge

my wifi didn t work and the pool was out of business

nice breakfast and very clean

it was 2 adults and 5 kids had 2 rooms on the opposite side of the hotel staff was mad the kids was going from

there was one apartment size ice machine in the front office near the gym

smelled drugs were being sold in parking lot no coffee or complimentary shampoo and

locks stuck, floor buckling, no towels upon arrival, had to set up wifi for tv and i was looking yo relax after

location was safe parking at room door, convenient

bed was loose small parking spaces shower leaking insects in the room dirty shower curtain

we live an hour away but we were there to spend a weekend away from our four kids

room service was nice, but the food was just warm

the room was a nice change, had a small balcony overlooking the pool area.

laundry room dryer did not work

the pool area needs to be cleaned more often..

the people tending the bar and kitchen are delightful

a space for removing garbage even without requesting room service would be beneficial.

love that it was close to restaurants and stores and that inside the hotel it has a bar and free breakfast and

like they were supposed to there was no breakfast and there was no cool they refuse to unlock the pool

wifi is choppy i believe if they added those wifi extender box things the signal could be better

she didn t provide the wifi password either and i didn t want to go ask for it because i didn t want to

obvious drug addicts walking around the parking lot

foul odor lijj my e pet urine rusted exposed fixtures exposed electrical wire smoke detector partially disconnected

prostitutes in the parking lot are very annoying
