spa was cold and often could not find staff for questions

refrigerator makes a moaning noise all night and the spa was not heated.

i was told to order ice through room service, which i did, but they never arrived

it has all the appliance that you need, and having in-house laundry in particular, so you don't have to go out with coins, perfect for an extended stay

i also used the gym, which was equally clean and had standard equipment

rooms were space clean and nice. laundry room and a small kitchen was perfect for my stay.

brand change, disappointed with the general state of the property, drier in laundry not working, lift not working, check-in at 3pm but office didn't open till
