pool was down for half of my 7 day stay

had to do a early check in and this young lady by the name of aia/ lea made it happen and was very helpful

wifi was a bit spotty at time in the back rooms, but you can go to the lobby and it is great there

lobby was nice and smelled really good room service was very good the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was

need to re-connect to wifi every few hours

i had s hard time getting the wifi yo work so i just stopped worrying about it

the room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. the wifi and refrigerator worked great.

we needed a pet friendly, nearby hotel while home floor repairs were being completed

although i like the nicer restaurants, with kids the sports bar made the most sense and it was hard to figure

that i was given an upgrade, or at least comp a spa day.

pool closes at midnight but the laundry closes at 9 or 10pm so we had to hold on to our wet clothes until the

parking wasn t free, didn t like the poor breakfast, the lobby didn t answer quickly, the laundry close

towels were stained, ceiling had water leak stains, outlets were stretched and or not working, kitchen sink

free wifi sucked, i had to use my hotspot the whole time in order to do any work

such as gym, laundry, iron etc free breakfast included free shuttle to airport and zoo microwave and coffee

for microwave, they had brought in one immediately to my room, free shuttle to the key places, gym, clean rooms

room service option was outrageously expensive and place didn t have even half of the menu items

loved the gate/ door to enter the hotel and especially the free beer and wine bar that they have in the lobby

we never do valet lol because she is scared they will mess the wheels up , room was great as well spa king suit
