clean, large rooms with good wifi and fridge, microwave, coffee-maker

we needed room service and no one ever answered just rings and rings

the clientele is rowdy, fights, shouting, crying, dogs howling, ppl throwing up, kids screaming, drunk chick cackle

washer/ dryer - could do laundry before transiting to next location / stop

out but they tried to rectify it by extending my check out time whilst they tried sorting out my laundry issue

it has all the appliance that you need, and having in-house laundry in particular, so you don't have to go out with coins, perfect for an extended stay

amazing, easy check in, very clean, room is fully equipped, there is also free gym

our room was across the hall from the gym someone came into the gym and was dropping dumbbells between 6-630 am staff accommodated a room

parking wasn’t free, didn’t like the poor breakfast, the lobby didn’t answer quickly, the laundry close

room very clean, bed made up perfect, bathroom a little worn but very clean!! including laundry.

pool closes at midnight but the laundry closes at 9 or 10pm so we had to hold on to our wet clothes until the morning after

comfortable rooms comfortable beds pillows air conditioner microwave sucks and 123 wish i had a laundry on site

brand change, disappointed with the general state of the property, drier in laundry not working, lift not working, check-in at 3pm but office didn't open till

the desk clerk suggested a similar place around the corner called the whiskey bar that was fabulous real pub feel with over 3000 different whiskeys

wonderful staff. great to have a gym onsite. and good food. thank you.

it has fabulous amenities with a wellness center tennis pool and jacuzzi overlooking sd bay

we upgraded rooms and had to add a joining room for the kids

with they had better and more upgraded outlets with usb. decor is outdated. pool full of kids

have stayed here since 2018,it’s always been clean and friendly, it has a nice bar

the pool is not nice at all and rather small

very clean rooms. enjoyed the balcony and pool

kitchen inside room is not equipped with any simple utensils even glass cups or cork openers

however they didn’t tell us you can’t use it on day of check out when we were letting kids go to gift shop

the hotel has reasonably decent and specious accommodation, free sumptuous hot breakfast in the morning and light snacks / mocktails in the evening

if i needed anything such as additional shampoo or conditioner bottles or towels for the pool area

we appreciated the airport shuttle, breakfast and gym

we even indulged in the room service and while it was not cheap, i have to admit it was one of the best hamburgers i've

the resort has pools, tennis court, gym, which we did not use, but they were there for everybody

liked everything, the pool area, gym, the lobby and lounge area had a lovely atmosphere, the live entertainment was excellent

my kids had a terrific time

also they take guest in their golf cars to the beach
