told us about the bbq and fire pit area (this was a hidden gem) she also informed us there was a breakfast hamper (the local fresh produce was amazing eggs, the best bacon i have tasted, granola, (+) local ingredients were available for breakfast and snacks (+) all the essentials were there, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast items that were provided (+) bacon, eggs, granola, bread and butter were generously provided for breakfast - all from local suppliers (+) breakfast hamper , the birthday wishes

although it was nice to go out to it it was a pleasure to cook in the kitchen as everything is so well thought out

we had a great meal in the restaurant that evening the staff were attentive, the bar was well stocked and

they had 8 owl chocolates they had a special menu for the breakfast which was amazing food

there was also a little kitchen with a cooker, microwave and cutlery which was really handy as we decided to stay in one

prime location, beautiful room and a glorious breakfast included in the price

improvement i can think of is perhaps leave some salt, pepper and olive oil in the kitchen

all taps were really noisy which was an issue with the kids

kitchen facilities are a bonus with kettle, toaster, fridge with butter, jam, bread, milk, tea,

was given an access code to the front gate and the kids loved having the horses outside their door

only a minor thing but maybe could have a microwave in the kitchen. but wasn’t a major problem

the only problem we had was we were told we had a spa bath but it didn’t work and there is not a separate shower only the one above the bath

the spa facilities could do with being adult only as they re not big and so the noise from the kids was pretty loud

central location, great room, thermal bath spa, delicious breakfast.

in and out was quick, facilities were brilliant, the little bar they now have is great too

lovely public areas and good drinks in the bar area

the central location of the hotel allowed us to easily explore bath, use thermae spa and enjoy the vast array of restaurants

yard is ideally placed for our visit to the thermal spa just 10 to 15 minutes away

spa like feel to the place, staff that were the kindest, excellent bed and en-suite, generous and

quiet bar perfect for a nightcap
