hassin was a great host, perfect setting for us and the kids. wish we had stayed longer.

there are three bedrooms with private bathrooms and a shared kitchen/living room area

bit hard to navigate to if with car, but once you find it, it has easy parking for valet - it was google s fault for taking down some very narrow and dead end streets

service is excellent from vallet service to reception and room service

the reception and bar area were always spotlessly clean and we didn't see any clearner once during our stay

the valet car parking and retrieval was invaluable in a confined congested area

the breakfast was first class and the host was extremely nine and caring

breakfast were completely home made, including jams and even cannelles

is great so close to everything and yet quiet and relaxing i would add a a small bar near the pool at high season time but all in all the staff was amazing

the village multi building layout and location near all the vineyards and restaurants and pool were great

misses not having much public space such as a bar or reading room etc.

also, i was surprised that the breakfast bar didn t have proper espresso machine

the breakfast was over-priced and the pool had more kids than i was expecting for a pricey wine region like saint-emilion but those are very minor

room service and restaurant both serve exceptional dishes

the comfortable spa was a nice surprise and we truly enjoyed the hot tub too

room service food was really not great despite the service being excellent

i wish i had tried the pool - it looked great
