the village is historic and cute and the hotel pool was so nice

parking was plentiful and shaded in parts, which helps in 31+ degrees

the rain! parking was remote but to be expected in an old town.

breakfast was great, as was the restaurant. staff was very professional and helpful.

location is great so close to everything and yet quiet and relaxing i would add a a small bar near the pool at high season time but all in all the staff was amazing

he spoke good english, he was informative about the excellent food which he cooked for our breakfast

was gorgeous, we had room service on the terrace, location was brilliant, gregory was so welcoming, we honestly didn t

bit hard to navigate to if with car, but once you find it, it has easy parking for valet - it was google s fault for taking down some very narrow and dead end streets

restaurants and bar were closed and the room service is limited

the breakfast was first class and the host was extremely nine and caring

breakfast were completely home made, including jams and even cannelles

breakfast was excellent - lovely homemade yoghurt, jam & cake

the breakfast was fantastic - we were served homemade yogurt and cakes every day

we got a room duplex with 2 bathrooms and it was excellent for our stay with the kids.

the spa area was also very nice and comfortable

doesn t have anything really to do with kids

the gardens and pool are stunning and full of birds ud83eudda2 and the swans of course

beautiful property set in gardens with a fabulous pool

excellent easy walking to st emilion from railway station a few minutes drive away with free parking

lovely house, fantastic shower, room for kids to run around& a very friendly host

there are three bedrooms with private bathrooms and a shared kitchen/living room area

we were able to use the kitchen and downstairs dining and sitting areas

handy to have a shared kitchen for the guests

location was wonderful and the pool area was

good quality buffet breakfast with excellent coffee/tea options and wide choice of other items for all tastes

wished it had a bar would have been nice to return for a night cap

i didn't see the spa but i did not really want to use it, given the

bar and restaurant closed two evenings and no one else in the building

degree heat - air conditioning would have been very welcome if you are expecting massage at this spa you may be disappointed - only sauna, hamman and jacuzzi - not sure if i'd want any of

family business, spa facility great, food amazing, room modern and comfortable

there is a bar for a nice evening glass of wine

the chateau decor is a design delight, immaculate gardens and facilities and a beautiful pool and verandah

the view from the pool & the restaurant was very nice, you look at the landscape of vineyards

the pool and views across the vines create a very relaxing atmosphere

the pool was a real pleasure and driving through the vineyards with the 1957 jeep was a unique

ev charging for free, room upgrade for free

i wish i had tried the pool - it looked great
