beautiful place to stay. the room was exceptional! the pool & poolside bar were great!

dining room told us they were completely full, but didn't mention having a bar across the hall

understaffed, terrible wifi, no early am coffee.

to the elevator when i did ask for this when booking online - not so many taxes and charges for room service

due to it being memorial day weekend, place was overrun with kids

laundry, gym, close to food places within walking. cook dinner in room

the pool was dirty the entire time and lacked pool towels.

the laundry facility and gym were a nice addition (but free) to our 10 day stay

the biggest problem though was the curtain for the window towards the parking lot

the room also did not have basic information such as the wifi password and checkout details

they are spacious enough to kick a ball around with your kids or even set up croquet wickets

i booked for my daughter, son -in- law and 2 grandkids, and they loved the beach point

wasn't an issue for us because we didn't come with our kids for the beach specifically, but the beach area

beach bar charges $20 a day for use of chairs. have to valet your car another $18 a day.

breakfast daily and having beach toys available for kids. access to the private beach was great!

while waiting for our room we ordered food and someone in the kitchen decided to take a a bite out of it

pool was larger for the amount of guests and kids using it

we enjoyed lunch every day at the pool bar, and had a lovely dinner at ocean hai (highly recommend)

ocean hai, hotel restaurant, is delicious and the poolside bar is great too

27 dollar valet parking per night and the two alarms that went off scaring my kids

and we could bring our pets, well we paid 125 for the pets but at least we didn't have to leave them behind

at my stay we had 2 nights of the fire alarm going off. the laundry room was out of order.

area needs upgrading to make it more appealing,better music around pool and needs music in bar area for

everything, the stuff the breakfast the pool everything were awesome
