beautiful place to stay. the room was exceptional! the pool & poolside bar were great!

dining room told us they were completely full, but didn't mention having a bar across the hall

understaffed, terrible wifi, no early am coffee.

to the elevator when i did ask for this when booking online - not so many taxes and charges for room service

due to it being memorial day weekend, place was overrun with kids

laundry, gym, close to food places within walking. cook dinner in room

the pool was dirty the entire time and lacked pool towels.

pet friendly

the doors slamming, kids running up and down the hallways

the laundry facility and gym were a nice addition (but free) to our 10 day stay

the biggest problem though was the curtain for the window towards the parking lot

the room also did not have basic information such as the wifi password and checkout details

they are spacious enough to kick a ball around with your kids or even set up croquet wickets

kitchen facility with large fridge and freezer

pet friendly

parking was convenient, the bathroom was clean, the breakfast options were amazing, and the staff

breakfast was great. the pool area was phenomenal...excellent place to hang out with friends.

my kids loved the pool

very clean. i loved the pool.

recall anything negative other than when i went to fo laundry it takes credit or debit cards ,would had been

parking lot too small

gym

couldn't believe we had to pay for parking in the lot that was owned by the hotel

were working on outdoor waterfall by pool

i like backyard and pool.

the staff was extremely nice and the breakfast bar was amazing!

no hot breakfast but it s because of cobid19 crisis, bag breakfast was ok

also, unless it was just my phone, the wifi connection was not great

the community is very pet friendly

running machine in the gym was out of order for the whole of the stay and so was the spa

tiki bar and waterfront pool area give it a real island vibe

had to pay an extra $20 for 2nd parking pass

great views, friendly bar staff

the pool

good location, good parking, tiki bar

free onsite parking and ice machine available

with a balcony was fantastic over looking the pool

awesome gym and the staff was excellent and super friendly! best part of our stay.

clean, modern and comfortable. pool was a plus for the kids.

the breakfast was good, and the location for our plans was excellent.

spotless pool area

parking set up is strange

parking was tight

could have used a little more garbage cans and a bigger laundry room for long stays

there was plenty of room with the suit for us to sit at the table and the kids to work on their

the rooms were very nice, and the spa tub

room service on our second day

wifi would rarely connect and when it did it was horribly laggy

nice complimentary sunset cocktail on rooftop bar area

the view was great and so was the pool

very nice rooftop bar and 4th floor pool

the pool was awesome, the location was great, it was reasonable.

otherwise staff was amazing pool was wonderful and gym overlooking the marina made for a great view

there was not a inside pool, during the rain.

is too low to the floor , unable to bake biscuits in microwave not enough utensils in the kitchen ( small kitchen

housekeeping and menus in the bar housekeeping needs to be booked this is more of a condo than a hotel staff

location perfect for our family stay great harbour view and lovely balcony pool very nice washer dryer

very clean living quarters and pool. the staff was very kind.

staff, nice pool, only bad thing was the pull out couch was broken

it needs a parking lot, but you can get a parking pass while you are checked in.

lovely staff, excellent location, lovely and clean, good parking. couldn't fault it! :)

the bed, kitchen and space

free parking, the fact we could park early even if room was not ready

friendly staff, convenient to restaurants & shops, reserved parking and even quiet times at the pool

pull out bed wasn't amazing but it'll do for kids

it's hotels in an excellent location very well-kept vintage hotel great staff great pool

no hidden charges, free parking, our bathroom looked to be brand new

pool size could have been larger given the amount of space available on the rooftop area.

loved rooftop bar and free champagne to watch sunset

the check in was smooth, the room was clean, and it has a full equipped kitchen, it spacious and really nice

that you got a condo-like feel (we had a 2-bed, 2-bath, fully equipped kitchen and living room), for just a

welcome cookies loved by kids

the bed is super comfortable!!! room service, privacy friendly staff!

the front desk was rude and the room service was horrible

it has it's own private beach, and a rooftop pool and jacuzzi

the confusion about the pool hours

the setting was away from the crowd, private beach and pool, bar and restaurant on premises for added convenience

the pool at the hotel is breathtaking

doesn't provide a free wifi access for all the guests

the amenities like the pool, the outdoor bar, the restaurant with outdoor seating, the seating area on the sand

had a couples spa day,

the kids loved the blow up slides and playground on the other side of the parking lot too

water in room and neither in the fitness room (here they should provide it for safety reasons)

you also get room service every day

not a lot to fault, the bar floor was a bit slippy.

was very clean, beautiful and simple decor, great restaurant downstairs, nice pool with great views on the water

the pool was warm, the balcony was a great way to end the day watching all the boats come in

the pool was clean and had a beautiful location by the bay

gym on site

breakfast and gym are just okay, but adequate for the price

equipment in gym was broken and not available. the breakfast was poor.

location was perfect and kids enjoyed the warm pool with the high temp being an unexpected low of 70

there was no wifi

pool, view, location, clean

i booked for my daughter, son -in- law and 2 grandkids, and they loved the beach point

wasn't an issue for us because we didn't come with our kids for the beach specifically, but the beach area

beach bar charges $20 a day for use of chairs. have to valet your car another $18 a day.

breakfast daily and having beach toys available for kids. access to the private beach was great!

missing kids area

staff, easy to drive around, close to restaurants, shopping, ice cream, and good beaches, the bar drinks and

at evy's bar and grill, hotel employee, knowledgeable and great hostess

missing kids area

my boyfriend used the gym daily

while waiting for our room we ordered food and someone in the kitchen decided to take a a bite out of it

pool was larger for the amount of guests and kids using it

we enjoyed lunch every day at the pool bar, and had a lovely dinner at ocean hai (highly recommend)

ocean hai, hotel restaurant, is delicious and the poolside bar is great too

location, ease of check in, parking.

no silverware or coffee pot in kitchen

me & my family enjoyed the pool and excellent accommodation

the kitchen could have been better equipped there were hardly no utensils to use

the lounge chairs etc at the pool were old

nice room for a person on business calls and also away from pets

room clean, amenities good, simple bar and food

breakfast was excellent variety of healthy choices

great service , kids loved the pool area

clean pet friendly

property claims to be pet friendly. they ate not. they are pet tolerant at best.

small downside however was that even though our room had beach views, there was a bar a couple stories below

kitchen area with all needed amenities

nice outdoor pool area

the springs were coming out of the mattress and my kids could not sleep on it

parking was alright, we were on the first level, next to the exit door, between the pool and the laundry room

sometimes wifi in the room is a little slow, stove needs cleaning and more power

room smell bad, kitchen cabinet are rusted

view was great, location is next to the mini golf and local store.

we stayed in 2016 with the kids and 2018 without the kids

no breakfast option although there was free coffee in the kitchen

nothing, everything was perfect! they could consider adding a bbq at the pools,.

renovated rooms, full kitchen was nice to have, staff was friendly and helpful, rooms and grounds were clean

room was next to the laundry

they let you do late check out

i just loved the room with the kitchenette

entertainment nightly they accommodated our request for an early check in.

and they charge per day for each car along with a resort tax and wifi is rotten

the first night we had a couple with a few kids in there and they were up until after 2am

room has kitchen which was good for family with kids

the hot water pool is bit small an doesn't give many opportunities to enjoy it ud83dude00

pool, towel service, location, laundry, room setup for family

room had a beach view from the balcony, there was a kitchen in the room, there was free laundry available at

the gym was smaller than i thought it was going to be for a big place

not a major complaint but i wish there was more than one washing machine in the laundry room.

the pool area was clean and relaxing and the bartender morgan was friendly and welcoming

staff was awesome the girls from the front desk where super friendly with my kids, they loved

the pool and the bar close so early

the room next to us, kids screaming, running through the halls, banging on the walls

pool area could have been more vibrant with more staff offering drinks etc

good selection of items for breakfast

had a great stay and awesome room right by the pool

good location . the breakfast there was very decent.

well appointed rooms, beautiful pool, great staff, every room has bay views

staff did not let us know that pool towels were available

wifi, view, big rooms, coffee facility...good beds

we thought we had beach access/ kitchen area was much to be desired

had problems connecting to the wifi

the kids eat free at jimmys

extraction system from restaurant kitchen near our balcony.

the pool areas are very nice

wifi didn't work. tv hard to work. outlets in inconvenient locations.

pool

easy access, great location, great price, good parking , pool was nice, beach access was easy

no laundry room

because when i booked our room it had a kitchenette

room was clean and complete with kitchen tools & dishes, microwave & fridge

the kitchen table and chairs could be taken out and replaced with a small round table with cushioned

we had wifi but no internet connection as stated

we had a full kitchen and beds were very soft

shower, very nice staff, great parking, keurig coffee maker in room, rooftop bar/grill and nice pool

about 38 dollars with tax to park a car here and it also gives you i believe a coupon to go to a water park down

wifi never worked

offering a pool, gym and infinity pool this hotel is in extreme need of a redecoration refit

no room service no fine dining restaurant i would have preferred to not have to leave the hotel for

clean hotel, nice accommodations, pool, bar and food.

clean hotel, nice accommodations, pool, bar and food.

the rooftop pool and bar were a real highlight, especially at sunset, and the food and drinks were excellent

the rooftop pool is small but accommodating. the rooftop bar makes up for that.

great location, pool and bar
