also, since there was contruction going on which was not a problem, but part of the parking area was limited

tv didn't work. no free parking. no in room coffee. bad experience.

also, we don t have pets and the first thing i noticed when i walked into the lobby of the hotel is the pet

i love the fact that laundry services are complimentary with the stay

the laundry facility and gym were a nice addition (but free) to our 10 day stay

not sure why you think having carpet in a pet friendly hotel makes sense

the kids under 16 could not use the in door pool..

due to it being memorial day weekend, place was overrun with kids

at the end of main street, with bay views and pool bar on the pool side of the hotel

beautiful place to stay. the room was exceptional! the pool & poolside bar were great!

grounds are beautiful and the loch ness pool is perfect for parents to lay poolside while the kids play

our room was clean and there was plenty of parking

room we were in had somebody with a pet that shed a lot prior to our stay

this is at best a one star resort but has a 4 star spa. spa was awesome.

the pool and hot tub area are amazing. really enjoyed the hot breakfast as well.

there was a little lounge with beer & wine, and a laundry room for guests (coin) which was a pleasant surprise
