my kids really enjoy the indoor pool. i have no complaints...so far we are all satisfied!!

loved the warmed indoor pool, the hot tub, the access to walking trails, views, cleanliness, the staff & the restaurants

had to drop and pick laundry where it could have been picked up and dropped off without me being present in the room, so

free breakfast was excellent, the laundry facilities were in good shape and plentiful

the parking area was spacious but the entrance was dangerous and scary upon arrival

friendly staff and even though the place was full of kids and my room was next to the pool i couldn t hear a lot of noise

the gym has two peloton bikes and the rooms are amazing

mind , since we were just steps away from everything , it can get really loud , luckily for my kids there heavy sleepers

allowed us a late check out without hesitation or charge

the location and free parking was extremely convenient since we were travelling with kids and exploring sf from this point was very easy

the room above had kids and they pretty much ran back and fourth until about 3am that was the worst thing

the kids here prior and enjoyed our stay

spa closed earlier than advertised and i could not use it

at 12 & 13, our kids are too old to sleep in the same beds with other family members, and too young to be in

bottles were provided but getting water from gym on 2nd floor or from lobby was not convenient

prior because my husband and i were coming to the city for our 20th anniversary and we wanted a late check out
