the wifi was good. staff were friendly. the shower was generous and good water current.

so many other facilities in the hotel a simple restaurant and basically nothing else, no spa , no gym , no bar

i missed some drinks in the bar as it was only one bottle of water

very pretty location. good car parking space. very quiet area. very old, attractive hotel.

daughter who lives in wokingham, location excellent, only 15 minute walk to town

parking was easy and we never struggled for a space

i tried to get an early check in and late check out, but they kept saying to call in 1no hour, to the point i stopped

parking area is small, and always full, so we had to park in the local car park next door to the

staff, bar, breakfast - nothing to worry about... exactly what you want.

closed on a sunday but it didn’t even matter, we were able to sit in the lobby area with the kids and eat and drink and kids played, the staff gave them a goody bag which was christmas themed

room service was also good, we had special requests due to children having additional needs but all

it was comfortable and clean. loved the pool

extremely helpful and so friendly, our grandson loved the hotel swimming pool, we enjoyed the room service, excellent stay will definitely return next year, we highly recommend this company
