our 1 bedroom cabin had a complete kitchen, a separate bedroom and a sofa bed (for our grandson)

the kitchen faucet was coming off and difficult to use

the cabin came with a full kitchen, two futon-like couches and a beautiful shower

it was also very nice that the pool and hot tub were open 24hrz-7days a week, considering my son needed the hot tub after each

no elevators with lots of rustic steps to the room and to the pool.

after booking there was a slight mix-up but i received a call and was given a king room with full kitchen at no extra charge

we used the very small gym 3 days in a row and it had not been replenished of towels or cleaned the entire time

gym was clean and great, the pool was outstanding and overall everything was great

i have to say, the server and chef at the azalea bar and kitchen(jennifer and john) were excellent with accomodating us with food options

-- the adjacent bar was lovely and the bartender rose was kind, attentive and accommodating

the breakfast was a nice surprise, with wonderful, fresh savory pastries, fruit, and snacks to go

bar stayed open past 10pm, especially since that’s the only access to ice at the property

arrived 5 hrs early for my conference in asheville (billy graham training center at the cove) after driving

our stay included a hot breakfast, and it did not disappoint

wifi didn t work in our room, signage for locating room was confusing

only thing we would of done differently was prebook our spa day

the food was amazing and the restaurant staff and room service staff were so sweet, helpful and professional

maybe the pool was not attached to the main hotel so you had to drive there

the breakfast basket was wonderful, and the perfect addition to a beautiful stay.

my friends were impressed with this place and the picnic basket left in front of room door with breakfast goodies was a special touch

breakfast baskets every morning, refrigerator packed with drinks, and optional snacks and alcohol

food at roof top bar and the exchange restaurant was fabulous
