the boys loved the pool and hot tub

friday’s on site, nice pool and gym. easy parking, beautiful hotel. great breakfast

didn’t tell us we couldn’t use gym when we made reservation, old decor for the price we expected

interior, very friendly staff and nothing like having a restaurant bar that you can walk to

omelet bar was good

google maps took us thru the taco bell parking lot and it was confusing

all good: location room parking

the fitness center had free weights, a cable machine, stair stepper and treadmill, which was unexpected

new, modern rooms. great breakfast. good parking and location.

suggestions for improvement: more way-finding signage for the gym

spacious rooms were well appointed and comfortable. kitchen and in-room laundry available.

also only a tiny bar of soap and no lotion were provided

was spacious, comfortable, and centrally located in asheville, the on-location restaurant and bar was utterly incredible as well

wish it did have a breakfast bar or something in the morning.

their indoor pool being open from 6am-10pm was an added bonus

the bar wasn't open. we wanted to enjoy the lovely bar and have a cocktail.

the rooftop bar was open but understand due to the hurricane a few areas of the hotel were temporarily closed

the rooftop bar was our destination for evening libations

food at roof top bar and the exchange restaurant was fabulous

a breakfast basket is delivered to your room each morning with food that can be eaten in your room or

breakfast baskets every morning, refrigerator packed with drinks, and optional snacks and alcohol

rooms are nice, good breakfast options and coffee

beautiful facilities with a sports complex with a huge gym and indoor pool

now room service time was good, burgers were over cooked and dried out way too expensive for over

lots of juggling 2 kids, suitcases and dog

ambiance and clean rooms with comfortable beds and a great gym.

in addition i would ve liked access to the spa even if it were just to use the pool or enjoy the area as the services offered were beyond expensive

property and spa were like something out of a dream

had to pay to use the pool at the spa after paying a 425.00 facility fee

they didn't give my kids there packages

kitchen stove needed repaired front was falling off

full kitchen, jacuzzi hot tub, beautiful river views!

the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and very clean

first, cabin was new and clean. second, it had full kitchen with amenities.

wish i was able to tell from the listing just what was included in the kitchenette, i would have taken more of an advantage of it

pool/spa was nice room was cute trails were cool
