the pool sides and bottom are rough, my daughter skinned her toe on the bottom of the pool getting in

pool can be upgraded.. sitting area was fine and the bar was great

we could not enjoy the pool or hot tub as it was full of kids until very late

lightbulbs out in rooms, no or spotty wifi for most of the trip, ac kept flipping breaker and even after staff

it was nice having the 2 pools and the beach just steps away. have 3 kids and it was great

covid 19 was going on so not the breakfast expected, however not hotel's vault

and we were not provided any wristbands, which are mandatory to use the pool, fitness center, etc

there were food stains on the recliner and kitchen chairs

the view and deck were amazing. the living area is large. the wifi is very quick.

all the facilities were fine, furniture was excellent, and kitchen was clean

we did not have the gym key, nor did we receive after i requested it
