they never had laundry soap for their facilities for the entire stay and the parking was horrible

when i wanted a sandwich from room service that wasn't on the menu, they made that happen too

we actually ate there quite a few times instead of going out, and with the bar right there at beach, it was

great employee and very understanding enjoyed the access to beach and pool

was able to bring the cat with us and saved boarding fees. breakfast came with room.

our 25th wedding anniversary and my husband s birthday, ana (at registration) surprised us with room service

loved this property it’s very family oriented and does a lot with the kids

the breakfast was amazing, the bar specials and service was exceptional, and the response to whatever

hot tub was the only thing that was not very clean, hours before the were several kids around & in there like

was a hole in the roof of the indoor pool and that pool was so super cold

a maintenance man parked his golf cart behind our car, when we ask him would he move it, he just looked at us

we were 2 adults with 5 kids and were able to fit a full size blow up bed in the room

it was very expensive for 1 night but my kids enjoyed. the hotel was very nice.
