the pool area was great and although we didn't get to go to the gym we do look forward to utilizing it

the guest laundry room is tiny and when the door is closed and the dryer running it gets extremely hot as if

breakfast - laundry - internet is bad - the whole motel it needs a makeover

there laundry bags are very thin!!!

love the hotel and they have a indoor pool which my 10yr really enjoyed

i lived the stained glass window effect that they painted on the window seal in between the kitchen and living room

tall vent heater dirty (can lead to carbon monoxide buildup if not maintained properly—deadly) kitchen; dirty utensils (i found a white cream like substance on spoon, knife, and fork, limited

it was roomy with 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen and i didnt see bugs

there was gum stuck to the kitchen floor

sufficient heating and kitchen was not too bad - though could use a table

the room was very nice, the pool and spa was clean and long hours

would have been nice to have more kitchen clean up utensils ie scrub brush for dishes, better frying pans, pots, and dishes

the spa was not working and the pool was very cold

besides dog barking at night somewhere it was quite, bed was comfortable and was very clean, kitchen was clean as well, only issue was it had only 1 fork, it was very late so just made the

kitchen's pots and pans were not usable

parking was right in front and the location was perfect for where i had to be

wifi didn t work, grounds were not well kept, there was not parking close to the facility

only negative thing was the limited parking but it is like that in most places in that town.

the bed was horrible, wifi sucked to high heaven, and the pot heads next door celebrating over a modelo to top it off

shuttle wasn't always available racquetball court or gym was closed

property is large, and an overview of the pool, laundry, facilities, ect

the hotels nice when you walk on also had a gym and tennis courts

the shuttle bus was very accomodating taking us to the rental car pick up

clean rooms & early check in was available

also i had to lay extra for my kids, i've never been charged extra for children

staff was very professional the restaurant was unbelievable the cleanes was perfect pool nice gym as well

even though there is in room dining there is no room service
