we stayed three night and they didn t provide room service and the ran out of towels
had to ask for room service daily
room service comes every fourth day so if you re staying for 2-3 nights you need to call for

was no microwave refrigerator in my room i had to pay for it also when i got room service i was charged twice for them bringing my food to my
location bar and bartender was nice
the snack bar was very limited or barely stocked and very inconvenient

cable and wifi was down a day and a half
very clean, alot of room, had a nice breakfast and court yard, nice pool, nice bathoom.
it had a indoor swimming pool and a awesome hot tub in the room
the kids out of there room yelling and screaming
when we came back from dinner out, we had to ask for our leftovers to be stored in the hotel kitchen fridge due to our fridge not being cold

my kids enjoyed the stay we will be coming back
my toilet in the first room i was in over flowed and me and my kids had to switch rooms at 2am because there was no staff on duty to fix the problem
