i loved the location. how polite the staff was the breakfast, pool. very comfortable

a lovely view across the lake , a very welcoming lobby area with modern stylish furnishings , bar and grill is very good with good choice of wines

i know covid is going on so it kinda sucked the bar area was closed.

i did want to upgrade my room, but because i was checking in early i was told that i already asked for the early check in

lounge was terrible. the actual bar was just a shelf. pool was old. no hot tub.

my kids really enjoyed the big pool

didn't like that we had to leave out of the hotel and walk over to the pool, and spa facility, if there had of been bad weather we would have gotten exposed to the elements, not

early check in before 3 pm will be charged $10 per hour

wifi was awesome; make sure to log onto the appropriate wifi

maintenance guy a creep and even though i put no room service he still came into my room!

made the reservation no mention that we had to pay for parking while we were gone for the week

i also liked that parking was free

the hotel was great! the pool was warm and the beds were perfect.

it advertised a bar and restaurant, but there was no liquor license, so no bar. the

booked directly with hotel so we could get a late check out - when booking they said it would be perfectly fine now the staff is extremely rude

parking fee was a surprise but i understand why

the pool was great just surprised there wasn t a hot tub.

was not given a late check out for this issue, and felt rushed out of this hotel after we woke up late with no

staff are very friendly and meet the customer wants. breakfast is excellent

everything here was quiet, professional, clean, and all i needed. breakfast was great.

meat was not really tasty, the rest of the breakfast was really good

the staff was wonderful, the room was exceptional and the breakfast extra tasty.
