i love the separate pool area, got a great massage, everyone was wonderful
happy they had the restaurant and bar it was delicious
in room in the lobby for breakfast and after dinner coffee was all the same weak no flavor
breakfast was lacking but for the price was ok
front desk person was new , totally overwhelmed, didn't have our reservation, kids running around the lobby , other guests yelling about their key passes not working etc etc

it was our anniversary and the hotel was pretty empty that night so it was nice to enjoy the pool by ourselves after dinner and again in the morning
the staff was great! the pillows were soooo comfortable, kids loved the pool and hot tub

restraunt opens at seven and only for room service or take out
the staff laundry room had flooded and thus the whole hallway smelled of mist and mildew

front desk person was great and the manager was outstanding he accommodate me with an early check in and a late check due to me going there because my husband had pre op that day we
breakfast was terrible. shuttle was down. other than that it was fine.
