the pool is amazing. restaurant is delicious ! room was lovely

lack of room service, location of elevators/ accessibility. location of front desk.

also parking is very limited

parking not always convenient because of local patrons at the restaurant;bars;etc, offered.

loved the tiki bar and pool. loved the art and gardens.

the spa was actually the main reason for our stay and was nice

reception and house keeping staff, i had a early appointment and ended late check out, without any hesitation,front desk agreed, because of this i like to book again this

i work from home and the hotel wifi cut out one day into our stay and was still off when i checked out

staff was pleasant and the outstanding room service

my baby girl was kind of disappointed when we found out that the pool was closed
