gym was very far to navigate and freezing (temp was on 63 degrees and not changeable)

the spa was actually the main reason for our stay and was nice

loved the pantry raid from 10pm- midnight ud83dude0a spa treatments were wonderful as

spa price is too much

no gym or fitnees room

it was extremely clean, breakfast was good, there is a starbucks, pool was clean

the breakfast attendant was friendly, helpful, and constantly cleaning the surface areas and filling

breakfast

it has a pool, fitness room, and lots of parking space

quite , comfortable, great for our dog , the pool and hot tub were good

dirty room service didn t even give coffee or cups after 1st day

and nice place to stay, very quiet, all staff was helpful, excellent gym and rooms it snow a lot and power never went off, they have complimentary computers, printers

our kids loved it and because we got early check in, they got to swim instead of kill time at the mall

jenny at reception was amazing; answered all my questions, helped us with late check out, and was just very kind throughout the stay

the play room for the kids could use a bit of a make over

the pool, game room and gym were all clean, with plenty of towels available

room service breakfast was not quite hot enough both days, though it arrived quickly and tasted

the service at the front desk and with the shuttle was utterly superior

noise of the housekeepers every single morning disrupting my only week off from work and kids in 7 years

rooms and nice staff at the reception allowed early check in when my flight was canceled

hotel also has a free shuttle service for short trips which was great for pikes market

the old fashioned flare and the staff and the stunning breakfast which is included.
