laundry room locked so couldn't dry clothes after 500 hundred miles onmotorcycle journey on pouring

kids only worked half the time and they never worked getting back into the building from the back

there long enough to use all the facilities but we really liked the fact that the pool and gym was open 24 hours a day

advertise skating availability all day but it's actually after 1 pm as they run a skate camp for kids there in the morning

the ice on the property (shaved) and my kids were impressed with the atmosphere

pretty pricey, especially for room service. but worth it.

gaming systems do not connect to the wifi which is a bummer if you are traveling with kids
