staff at the spa weren't very nice to my kids when they went to the pool, but other than that they were great
there is an incredible kids toy store, nice spa and pool, and so much more
family had a great time swimming in the indoor pool and taking relaxing steam showers
the service was fantastic! amazing room service! top of the line hotel !

staffs are friendly and professional, facility has lot of fun activities for kids and adults.
it is almost all college kids
the kids loved the bunkbeds
staff, coffee in the morning, available gym, climbing, classes, convenient associated retail
atmosphere and the kids felt right at home with the skate ramps and lounging couches

many ducks/geese leaving trails from back sliding door to walkway,
pool was closed and the kids were very disappointed
we had an event in the morning that would last longer than our check out time, we requested a late check out and they had no qualms about it
the kids enjoyed the pool; and the breakfast was good
