great food and choice, lovely bar area

nice bar and a outstanding carvery best one we have ever had

very friendly staff and facilities of bar and restaurant.

bar is competitvely priced and staff very attentive and helpful

it's every friendly place to be in and good for value of money aprt from a drink in the bar tho

the rooms were beautiful and very clean loved the easy free parking ...

no water in gym

ordered champagne for room on arrival, no champagne or phone to call room service,

just think there ought to be menus for room service in the rooms,no tv instructions in the room you couldn t get menu for tv channel

room and bed, kitchen area, nice host, parking within premises, breakfast, stable wifi, nice area and base to

really picky maybe a sofa and a folding table and chairs instead of a table and chairs in the kitchen area

well planned, comfortable, warm, great shower area, useful location, good parking, kitchen well equipped

very welcoming people and the food was great massive portions for a good price pool table in the bar area and the beer was cheap

it had a loveley kitchen and had everything to offer

quite a few people rolled in after the stereophonics gig and he was a bar serving star

the views over cardiff are beautiful, parking is plentiful

i used the gym in the morning that has all that you need for a quick work out ( mostly cardio equipment, one (-)room was a little small, and the gym is a separate building (-) gym was adequate, so don't expect too much, fine for a workout (-)gym could be in better condition but it served my needs so certainly nothing major and in no way (+)really good size room. great views. small gym was a bonus. (-)the gym was a bit small but all eqt working (-)no gym (-)a steam room and sauna would be a great addition. near the gym area (-)gym condition not kept to standard of rest of hotel, equipment visibly dirty and treadmill rusted

food was lovley, breakfast, room service and evening meal

location for exploring cardiff, plenty of car parking space

noise of kids on lobby

staff were very friendly , the rooms were spacious and very clean

didn t have chance to use spa facilities but this was included in stay

room service was excellent

private parking was good though the entrance to it is narrow and some may find it a challenge

we were standing in the middle of the restaurant with loads of luggage, 2 kids, waiting in the queue whilst staff attended to people in the restaurant

wifi didn t work at all in the back building, where my room was

very comfortable and clean and perfect location. buzzy bar and restaurant downstairs as well

and bar closed at 4pm on a sunday

bar area was cute but it was the room itself, the view from the balcony was just fabulous

breakfast in the morning was stunning everything was fresh, the young waitress that served our

fantastic settings with all amenities the restaurant and bar are out of this world
