nice bar and a outstanding carvery best one we have ever had

very friendly staff and facilities of bar and restaurant.

bar is competitvely priced and staff very attentive and helpful

it's every friendly place to be in and good for value of money aprt from a drink in the bar tho

the rooms were beautiful and very clean loved the easy free parking ...

no water in gym

ordered champagne for room on arrival, no champagne or phone to call room service,

just think there ought to be menus for room service in the rooms,no tv instructions in the room you couldn t get menu for tv channel

excellent breakfast and very convenient location. very clean and comfortable room

we loved the atmosphere, breakfast was delicious and the service was top notch

private parking was good though the entrance to it is narrow and some may find it a challenge

bar area was cute but it was the room itself, the view from the balcony was just fabulous

views with comforting sound of lazy river, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, cosy bar for family card games before bed, delicious breakfast, excellent location for exploring

no restaurant and bar due to electrical fault - but not their fault ! !

and bar closed at 4pm on a sunday

it had a loveley kitchen and had everything to offer

really picky maybe a sofa and a folding table and chairs instead of a table and chairs in the kitchen area

location for my work and cym carn forest; clean, well cared for and good facilities in the room - kitchen and lounge area

xx gave us free late check out as we arrived late due to horrendous weather

an added bonus is the honesty bar and lounge area which is great for a nightcap

always made to feel very welcome and the breakfast are amazing

rather fussy registration for wifi. slight irritation that the restaurant closed so early.

we felt like royalty breakfast was put out in a timely manner and was beautiful

in the blurb for the hotel, the breakfast says continental and should actually say an extensive continental breakfast

staff were extremely friendly, the room was lovely and breakfast was fantastic

pool and sauna very nice, with outdoor seating if weather up for it

lovely treatments in the spa and afternoon tea was splendid

didn t have chance to use spa facilities but this was included in stay

staff were very friendly , the rooms were spacious and very clean

a couple of parking spaces that are tight in the grounds itself, but worked out fine

breakfast was very nice but all based on a spanish menu

range of breakfast options was hood - traditional and more unusual - freshly cooked and tasty

only problem was on site parking as you had to move your vehicle , other than that spot on

unfortunately breakfast was cold so only downside of stay

excellent room service for breakfast - ordered one day and arrived both mornings of the stay

super menu and the bar is well stocked. staff are all very helpful.

experience - lovely hotel with pleasant outdoor area and safe parking

the property has its own farm including a chicken farm (the kids will like that) and a lot of outside space
