just breathtaking with huge glass walls/windows and views over open countryside but i ate in the bar for the two nights i stayed as it was less formal and cosier for a lone diner

the views from the restaurant are incredible and the cosy bar was lovely for a drink by the fire before and after dinner

me and my husband then went for a drink in the bar by the log burner

loved the setting, the bar i award winning

breakfast took a little while to arrive but was worth it when it came.

excellent very welcoming and friendly staff really enjoyed the breakfast

unfortunately breakfast was cold so only downside of stay

cold breakfast and an hour wait

lack of parking

we were in town for the golf and it was perfect location for that

the wifi didn t really work.

staff went above and beyond, allowing me an early check in and a late checkout, and arranged things easily when plans changed and i had to stay

i couldn t get wifi in my room, but that s not a major problem

wifi was very weak on the third floor i did need to complete some work notes but could not because

requested a early check in which i recieved

stained food was poor quality spa felt like a kids leisure centre asked for an ice bucket as there was no fridge in room but it didn t

we used the gym and swimming pool twice during our 1 night stay and throughly enjoyed it, this was included in

bar is competitvely priced and staff very attentive and helpful

staff were very friendly, the bar and restaurant were comfortable and really good

bar is spacious which allowed us to enjoy our company as a group in comfort

booked in , we had a meal in the carvery which was very good, very clean throughout the hotel, bar and

great food and choice, lovely bar area

gym and spa facilities, although the bubble pool could have been warmer

enjoyed the spa with lovely warm pool and jacuzzi

wifi - never glitched once which was great workwise

great for business stop over but also facilities gym and sauna

only thing i found disappointing was the room service food menu, i thought it was a bit unimaginative and little choice, this didn t
