pool closed to early and that sucks for us night owls who like to relax during late hours

they expended 150% to meet my needs including a free shuttle to the train, assistance with transportation confusion, and overall wonderful customer

gym and pool were awesome and loved how easy it was to just walk across the street to the mall

chocolate at the lobby and we were given complimentary appetizers at the restaurant as well as breakfast for the long wait

breakfast was fabulous! pool was clean and the grounds were beautiful!

we arrived very late but this was made very easy for us and instructions were excellent lovely breakfast, stunning room with very comfy bed and great

i’m sad i didn’t get to use the gym, but i’ll be back for a longer stay to try it

the wifi was down for our entire stay which was

trip, they gave us the 2nd floor overlooking the city (not romantic at all with college kids yelling and running around all night) but the worst part was the street

mark drop at my door and select your room number and it s just as good as room service
